- All sales are FINAL. No refunds, exchanges, or trades. Please read the item description carefully and ask any questions prior to purchasing.
- Processing hours are Monday through Friday (excluding Holidays) from 9am – 5pm EST.
- We strive to process orders within 24 working hours of receipt. U.S. orders have an expected delivery window of 2-4 business days. Processing and shipping time does not include weekends, and orders placed on Friday after 12 pm EST, or Saturday and Sunday orders, will be processed the following Monday. BOHO thrift shop is not liable for any losses, liabilities, costs, damages, charges or expenses arising out of delivery.
- All shipping costs and taxes will be added to the total price upon check-out.
- We use USPS priority shipping for domestic orders and will try our best to fit the item in the most economical packaging.
- Free Shipping on all US orders over $100 USD.
- We are currently only able to accommodate International orders for; United Kingdom, Australia and Canada. Buyer pays all shipping, taxes, customs and duties.
- If your package is marked as undeliverable or return to sender, a reshipping fee will be required.
- Customers are responsible for entering the correct shipping address and are encouraged to check them prior to submitting an order. Once a package has been shipped we cannot redirect it. BOHO thrift shop is not responsible for, nor able to refund or replace orders shipped to the incorrect address.
